Event Registration Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for registering for The Worth of a Man, presented by The Silent Anchor Collective. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want our refund and cancellation policy to be clear and straightforward.
Registration Cancellations
Registration fees are refundable when a cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the event. Refund requests received fewer than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable due to event-related commitments and expenses already incurred.
Registration Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible attendee at no additional charge. Please contact The Silent Anchor Collective before the event so that we can update the attendee information.
Sponsor Another Man Registrations
Registrations purchased for the purpose of sponsoring another attendee are subject to the same cancellation policy. Once a sponsored registration has been assigned to or redeemed by another attendee, it is non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to help ensure the registration is used.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If The Worth of a Man is cancelled by The Silent Anchor Collective, registrants will be offered a refund of the registration fee or the option to apply the registration toward a rescheduled event.
If the event is rescheduled, existing registrations will automatically remain valid for the new date. Registrants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within the timeframe communicated by The Silent Anchor Collective.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
